INTRODUCTIONS

Telecom Industries, the Power Companies and UPS consume large amount of
batteries .The batteries need to be replaced after a few years of services. This
is very costly, very labor intensive and worst of all, creates an environmental
hazard during disposal. Many of the batteries were disposed unnecessary
due to the fact that many batteries show signs of end of life prematurely
because of sulfation. In fact, 90% of the disposed batteries can be avoided
and recovered by the Battery Recovery System. However, the existing Battery
Recovery system using the pulsating technique is limited to recovering
the minor sulfated battery. Also, It cannot work on-line together with
sensitive telecom and UPS equipment because of ripple interference.}

to make a battery recovery system that will work on-line with sensitive
