PERFORMANCE GUARANTY

A.   General Warranty:

2.     The system generates no heat, no high voltage danger, audible noise and can  in no way harm and interference to the battery and the concerned equipment.

3.     The warranty is void if any failures occur from not adhering to instructions, any attempt to break the device will void the warranty.
 

ZISNCHE's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect of the ZINSCHE product and  will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by the defect or the time involved to correct the defect.
 

B.   Limited Warranty for Cycle-Use Battery:

2.     If installed our system at charger for one-year-used battery (or less than  20% cycle life used ),  and process the recovering with our system every time when  re-charging, we guarantee the cycle life left can be not less than  60% of  nominal cycle life of the related battery manufacturer. 

3.    If installed our system at charger and process the recovering with our system every time when re-charging, we guarantee the routine maintenance of addition of water to battery can be reduced not less than 2 times than that without our system before.

4.    Not all battery failures are from sulfation. Our system is not effective on those electrically shorted batteries and has a  limited effect on batteries that are worn  from heavy cycling.

5.    The guaranty are limited to the normal use of battery,   i.e.. Discharge depth of  every cycle is not below  70%  and re-charge within one hour after discharge.

6.    The guaranty are limited to the international standard for Lead-Acid Battery Discard,  and the cycle life declared by manufacturer must be official approval  tested by independent international authorization.
 
 

C.   Limited Warranty for Float-Charge-Use Battery:

^{2.     If installed our system at charger for two-year-used battery  (2V cell) or one-year-used (6V and 12V),   and maintain on-line with our system for all left service time, we guarantee the actual service life left of  battery can be not less  than  70% of nominal  life span of the related  battery manufacturer.} 

^{3.     If installed our system at charger and process the recovering with our system every time when re-charging, we guarantee the routine maintenance of shallow discharge-recharge cycle can be reduced not less than 2 times than that without our system before.}

^{4.     Not all battery failures are from sulfation. Our system is not effective on those electrically shorted batteries and has a  limited effect on batteries that are worm  from heavy cycling.}

^{5.     The guaranty are limited to the normal use of battery,   i.e.. keep in float charge state under the constant temperature of 20oC  (77oF)  almost all the time and only a  little discharge-recharge cycles occasionally.}

^{6.     The guaranty are limited to the international standard for Lead Acid Battery Discard,  and the life span declared by manufacturer must be official approval  tested by independent international authorization.}
