GUARANTY OF QUALITY

We hereby certify that All products manufactured under the license of ZINSCHE Batteriefabrik GmbH with preferential origin, has passed all inspections and tests and complies in respect with the quality and specifications stipulated under our registration to international standards. ZINSCHE Batteriefabrik GmbH warrants to the end user (purchaser) of all series of new battery (called the "Battery") that it will be free of defects in workmanship and material for two year period.

The warranty is void if the "Battery" has been subjected to improper installation, improper care & maintenance or abnormal operations by end users not adhering to the ZINSCHE operating manuals. ZINSCHE are responsible for replacing the "Battery" for claim free of charge while the shipment to and from will be responsible by the end user.

ZINSCHE's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect of the ZINSCHE product and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by the defect or the time involved to correct the defect.
